General Psychotherapy
Dealing with issues like anxiety, life transitions, identity, trust, relationships, boundaries, problematic behaviours, and/or self-esteem can often feel overwhelming, especially in our current world.
We‘ll work together to explore paths toward healing and ways toward thriving.

Sex Therapy
For many of us, societal scripts and ‘compulsory sexuality’ have told us we’re supposed to be sexual beings, it’s supposed to happen ‘naturally’, and we’re supposed to be good at it. In reality, engaging with our sexual selves can be fraught experiences. Together we’ll work to create new narratives that tap into your authenticity and creativity.
Entertainment Industry
Therapy
I work with members of the Film and Television industry.
As someone who has worked on set (primarily as an Intimacy Coordinator), I understand the stress involved of working in a space that engages challenging personalities and equally challenging content, all during intense production schedules. Whether you’re cast or crew, we’ll work together to flip the script and write a more manageable story.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Though I happily see clients virtually from all over Ontario, I also enjoy taking local clients out into nature to experience ‘forest bathing’ as a backdrop to our sessions. Known as Shinrin Yoku, time in the forest has proven to relieve stress.
It helps us notice the world around us, widening a door to different possibilities and experiences, no matter what the weather or season. Whatever your concern, exploring them out in nature offers new ways of seeing.
